গত ২রা অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত কারু এড-হক কমিটির সভায় নীচের সিদ্ধান্তসুমূহ গৃহীত হয়;
১। কারুর সংশোধিত সংবিধান অনুমোদন ও নতুন কার্যকরী কমিটি গঠন/নির্বাচন করার জন্য আগামী ২১শে ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫, রবিবার কারুর বিশেষ সাধারণ সভা আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে। সভার বিস্তারিত সময়সূচি ও স্থান পরে জানানো হবে।
২। এই মুহূর্তে হ্রাসকৃত চাঁদায় কারুর সদস্য সংগ্রহের বিশেষ কার্যক্রম চলমান। এই কার্যক্রমের মেয়াদ আগামী ৩১শে অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ থেকে ১৬ই নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত বর্ধিত করা হলো। যে সকল সদস্য/সদস্যা আগামী ১৬ই নভেম্বর, ২০২৫, রবিবারের মধ্যে নির্ধারিত চাঁদা $২০/= (বিশ) পরিশোধ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন (২০২৫-২০২৬ সালের জন্য) করবেন, কেবলমাত্র তারাই আগামী বিশেষ সাধারণ সভায় উপস্থিত থাকার এবং নতুন কার্যকরী কমিটি গঠন/নির্বাচন প্রক্রিয়ায় অংশগ্রহণ করার সুযোগ পাবেন। উল্লেখ্য, কেবলমাত্র উল্লিখিত সময়ের মধ্যে রেজিস্টার্ড সদস্য/সদস্যারাই আগামী কার্যকরী কমিটির সদস্য মনোনয়নে যোগ্য বিবেচিত হবেন।
৩। কারু এড-হক কমিটি আগামী ৩০শে নভেম্বরের আগেই কার্যকরী কমিটি গঠন/নির্বাচন বিষয়ে একটি কমিটি ঘোষণা করবে। উক্ত কমিটি আগামী ২১শে ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ আহুত বিশেষ সাধারণ সভাকে সামনে রেখে নতুন কার্যকরী কমিটি গঠন/নির্বাচন প্রক্রিয়া এবং সময়সূচি ঘোষণা করবেন।
A meeting of the CAARU Ad hoc Committee was held on October 2nd, 2025 to discuss the
timelines and the tasks leading towards a Special General Meeting. In the meeting the following
resolutions were made:
- To approve the Revised ConsHtuHon and to Elect/Select a new ExecuHve CommiLee (EC),
the Ad hoc CommiLee members will call a Special General MeeHng on December 21, 2025.
The Hme and venue of this event will be provided at a later date. - The exisHng membership drive is going on full swing. To further expand the membership of
CAARU, the commiLee has decided to extend the promoHonal registraHon deadline from
October 31st to November 16, 2025, Sunday. Only members who have completed the
registraHon (for the year 2025-2026) by this date and have paid the $20 membership
subscripHon fees will be eligible to aLend the Special General MeeHng and parHcipate in
the ExecuHng CommiLee elecHon/selecHon process. Only those who registered during the
said period can be eligible to consider a member of new ExecuHve CommiLee. - Before 30th November, 2025, the CAARU Ad hoc CommiLee will form a working Sub-
CommiLee to complete the 2026-27 ExecuHve CommiLee (EC) elecHon/selecHon process.
This Sub-CommiLee will decide on the tasks and will propose Hmelines with an aim to
finalize its mandate through the Special General MeeHng of December 21, 2025.
